FedEx pickups are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday morning.

Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a FedEx tracking link by email on the day before your shipment is collected.

Please note that orders placed the day before a scheduled pickup are not guaranteed to ship the following morning.

Yes. Most decal sets already available on our website can be modified.

Depending on the amount of design work required, the modification fee is usually €10–€20 in addition to the standard decal set price.

Please email us at info@elitebmxdecals.com and include the exact decal set you would like us to modify, preferably with a link to the product.

Whenever possible, we recommend choosing colors that are already shown on decal sets on our website. If you need a different color, please attach a clear color reference image.

For a decal set that already exists on our website but requires custom colors or other changes, the design preparation time is normally 2–5 days.

We will send you the design by email for approval. After approval, the decals are printed, checked, packed and prepared for shipping.

One design revision is included free of charge.
Each additional revision is subject to a €30 design fee.

Full payment is required in advance for every order. After we have agreed on the details and price by email, we will send you a payment link. Once payment has been received, we will begin the design work.

Yes. We also create completely new reproduction decal sets.

Please email us at info@elitebmxdecals.com with:

• the exact year and model name;
• as many reference pictures as possible;
• photos of any original decals you still have;
• measurements whenever possible, preferably in mm or cm.

Original decals do not need to be perfect. Worn, torn, faded or incomplete decals are still extremely useful references.

Please photograph them as straight-on as possible, rather than from an angle.

The typical design lead time for a completely new reproduction project is approximately 4–5 weeks. Projects are completed in the order they are received.

Once the artwork is ready, we will email you a preview for approval. After approval, the decals are printed, packed and shipped.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, clearance fees or other import-related charges.

Due to changes in U.S. import regulations, customers in the United States may also experience additional customs or clearance charges.
